We will help you to establish and enable you to maintain a governance process that ensures your information security strategies are effectively aligned with business objectives (i.e., a reasonable and appropriate level of protection is present) and consistent with applicable laws and regulations (i.e., a reasonable and appropriate level of compliance is present). We will achieve this by ensuring your Information Assurance program:

  • Incorporates and is consistent with fundamental information security concepts and generally accepted professional practices not limited to confidentiality, integrity, and availability; information classification; access control, authentication, and authorization
  • Assesses and addresses important factors relevant to the roles and responsibilities of workforce members not limited to need-to-know; separation of duties; codes of ethics and standards of professional conduct
  • Assesses and addresses applicable legal and regulatory constraints and obligations, both existing and prospective, not limited to international, federal, and state laws; due care and due diligence; reasonableness and appropriateness; national security; information and document retention
